a coach and movement specialist with a genuine passion for all forms of movement. From yoga for mental clarity and mobility, to strength training for confidence and empowerment, to running for endurance and mental resilience - I love it all, and I love sharing it.

We have never had more access to health information than we do right now. At any moment you can find advice on nutrition, training, sleep, supplements, hormones, gut health, stress and longevity. That should be a good thing - but instead of clarity, most people feel more confused, more overwhelmed and less consistent than ever. I've been there too!

The problem isn't you. It's that health advice arrives without context - as headlines, trends and strong opinions that reward certainty in a space that is anything but certain. Your body is nuanced. It responds to patterns of sleep, movement, nutrition and stress in ways that are uniquely yours. What works for someone else may not work for you. What works for you today may not work for you in a year.

That's why I do what I do. I create positive, real experiences in health and movement - building genuine confidence through true progress. Not just physical wins, but mental ones too. No fads, no rules, no noise. Just you - understood properly, supported fully, and moving in a way that actually lasts.

My own journey started as a competitive athlete in long and triple jump - until an injury shifted my path and opened up a whole new relationship with movement and health. I went on to study Sport Science and Geography at Loughborough, and since then have worked across personal training, yoga, Pilates, cardiac rehabilitation and outdoor education.

I feel it's such a blessing to have experienced so many different modes of movement and coaching - and everything I've learned shapes what I bring to my work today.
